The GEL Energy Saving System is installed at each switchboard, but only on the lighting circuits as shown in the diagram below.

The GEL Energy Saving System also has the capability to be connected to the internet and then remotely the system can be configured, managed and have data retrieved as is demonstrated in the diagram below.

The technology utilised by the GEL Energy Saving System is centred on the Italian designed and manufactured Inteligens device. The system has the following characteristics and features:
  • Static autotransformer with electronic management, working on the principle of the electromagnetic transformation (principle of voltage transformation without harmonics)
    • 9 sizes up to 120amp in single and three phase
  • Reduces the power consumed by lighting by 30%
    • Regulates the voltage being supplied to lighting circuits to approx 200V
    • Lighting does not require 240V, the same lamps work effectively in Europe at 220V and at 184V with the Inteligens device installed.
  • Extends the life of lamps, reduces the early loss of lamps and reduces the rate of light output decay
  • Works on any type of lighting & in conjunction with any other energy saving activities
  • Automatically manages the system based on your lighting requirements
  • A guaranteed level of power saving
  • Installed, configured, maintained and monitored for about 10% less than you pay today for lighting (under subscription based model)
    • A single fixed price monthly subscription which covers installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades and reporting (and guaranteed to be less than you are paying now!)
  • Alternatively purchase the system outright with a small monthly maintenance, management and reporting package
